We thoroughly check item before sending them out, but in the unfortunate event the item is damaged in transit we will issue a refund, after a thorough check of the item.

Returned items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund, including the original delivery charge. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracking number.
